The Kitsilano Boys Band Alumni Reunion Executive (how about that for a long title)
has talked to many many band members and after a lot of positive feedback it is now official………..
THE BIG ONE!!

Celebrating the memory of Arthur W. Delamont and the founding of the Kitsilano Boys Band in 1928, we are pleased to announce the "BIG ONE". Yes, as many of you requested, we are going to have an 80th ANNIVERSARY BAND CONCERT at the Kitsilano Showboat on Monday, July 7, 2008

AND on the evening of Saturday July 5, 2008 to celebrate this 80th Anniversary, we are looking forward to seeing a good many of our past and present band members, their wives, families and friends at a DINNER RECEPTION at the Gizeh Shriners Hall, 3550 Wayburne Drive, Burnaby.

AND on the evening of Sunday, July 6, 2008 a MEMORIAL KITSILANO BOYS BAND CONCERT at West Point Grey United Church 4595 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver.

Band Rehearsals: At the Gizeh Shriners Hall, - Noon to 2:30 p.m.
